At Maverick Solar Energy, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time.

All orders are processed and shipped through Shiprocket, our trusted third-party logistics and shipping aggregator. Shipping timelines, courier partners, and tracking details are managed through Shiprocket.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and the courier partner assigned through Shiprocket. Generally, deliveries are completed within 3–7 business days across India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery location and product weight.

Return & Replacement Policy

We aim to ensure that all products delivered by Maverick Solar Energy are in perfect working condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or face any issue with the product, the following return process applies.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide photos or videos of the issue for verification.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our official business address.

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Replacement Shipment

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product.

  • The reverse shipment (sending the replacement product back to the customer) will be borne by Maverick Solar Energy.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of misuse, physical damage caused after delivery, or missing components.
